Ian Coffey is Director of Leadership Training at Moorlands College in the south of England. He has been a speaker and writer for over thirty years and has led churches in England and mainland Europe. Prior to that he served his time in some real jobs - in a supermarket, a postal sorting office and a busy solicitor's firm. He has spent many years helping people to make sense of the work they do.

Eddie Gibbs is an Englishman who has served as an Anglican minister in England, Latin America and Beverley Hills, California. He is now McGavran Professor of Church Growth at Fuller Theological Seminary, and runs seminars for church leaders from various countries on 'Leadership in the Emerging Church in Europe'. He is the author and co-author of several books, including "Leadership Next" (IVP, 2005), "Church Next", "Way to go" and "Way to serve".
