David G. Firth is Lecturer in Old Testament and BA Course Leader at Cliff College, Derbyshire, UK. He is the author of Surrendering Retribution in the Psalms, co-editor of Interpreting the Psalms and Words and the Word, and Series Editor for the new programme of Tyndale Old Testament Commentaries.

Hugh G. M. Williamson is Regius Professor of Hebrew at Oxford University and on the faculty of The Oriental Institute. He is the author of several books and numerous articles on the Old Testament, including commentaries on 1 and 2 Chronicles and Ezra-Nehemiah, as well as "The Book Called Isaiah" and "Studies in Persian Period History and Historiography".
